Elissa Noel is a self taught guitarist, singer songwriter who has captivated crowds all around PA with her unique style. Her inspirations vary from Santana to Amy Winehouse and genres that flow in between RnB, Jazz and funk. She hopes to bring a smile or a good feeling to people who watch her perform. Playing all around Center City PA she originates from Los Angeles CA and aspires to perform all around the world.
